I chose my baby girl, Empress, the day she was born and she means the world to me. I knew that one day she would have to go to a professional groomer, so I made sure she was comfortable with the process (bathing, blow drying, daily combing and brushing). When the time was approaching for Empress to go to the groomer, I started my research. Well, I noticed this establishment because it is next to a deli that I frequented on way to work. I would observe the groomer, Eva, and was very impressed. She never had too many dogs, everything is always neat and organized, and there is never that smell many pet businesses have. I finally decided to take Empress. The experience was, and always is, perfect. Eva has always been patient and understanding of any questions and concerns I have...and gives professional advice. In the end, I am more than satisfied. And more importantly, Empress likes going to spend time with Eva. Professional, friendly, clean environment...Eva is the best!!!!
