      The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) is a not-for-profit professional organization. Our referral service can connect you to a CPA. Since 1904, we have offered services and professional development for CPAs and other accounting professionals. We currently have more than 8,500 membersworking in public accounting, education, government and industry.CPAs are business and financial strategists who work with individuals and businesses to help chart their paths. Members are credentialed by the state after passing a rigorous exam as well as meeting specific work and education experience requirements. CPAs are required to follow a strict code of ethics and perform within the high standards of the profession; active CPAs meet continuing education requirements every three years to keep up with new rules and regulations in the financial, accounting and business world.

      CPA Professionals

      I am a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA's and every year engage in professional education courses that advance me in my field of study. They train CPA's in Minnesota and throughout the United States on way to improve their professional as well as personal life. Throughout my years as a CPA, I have been involved in various groups including legislative affairs, college careers, and volunteering on KARE-11 Taxline phone bank. As a member of other CPA Society's in the U.S., Minnesota ranks as one of the best.
