Do not use! First, they charged $35 for an inspection, which I later learned their competitors do for free. They then quoted me $2600 to install 140 feet of soffit vent in order to seal the entry point to the attic where animals were getting in. When I inquired how much the soffit cost, he admitted $1/foot, for a total of $140. Another company quoted me just over $1000 for the same work. When I confronted him that I felt he was trying to take advantage of me as an out-of-town landlord, and mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau, he was very unprofessional, laughed at the situation, and refused my request to waive the inspection fee. My advice, replace the soffit yourself for cheap, and find another (professional) company to remove the animals.

Do NOT use this company! The woman answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. This company claims to be all about honesty, integrity and safety of the animals. They also claim to let the animals go back into wildlife after being trapped. They are actually killing them inhumanely. They are lying to homeowners to get our money. Please do NOT use Trapper John.

They did a good job however I paid twice as much as other specialists would have charged. Do not rush into a contract with them, get estimates from other vendors. They will not compromise. The technician was great but the owners were not nice at all.
