I went to the Old Navy outside the mall to return something. I was greeted very warmly by a lovely young lady by the name of Keila. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. While I was there I asked to speak with a manager about a job. The manager came up to talk to me. His name was Craig and he was such a nice man. He was vibrant and very easy to talk to. AND this is the cleanest and most organized Old Navy I have ever had the enjoyment of shopping in. Keep up the GREAT WORK, Craig and Keila.
