Horrible title company! In closing for a house that I sold, TitleOne failed to communicate vital closing information to me; did not follow my written escrow instructions for disbursement of proceeds--costing me much lost time and money; lied to me repeatedly that they wired precisely as per the instructions I gave them. While they did eventually admit they violated various state laws, and did not follow my instructions, TitleOne not willing to come up with any satisfactory resolution. STAY AWAY!!!
