      The business was started in 1911 in Rockville, CT. In 1964 we moved to our present location on RT. 6 & 44 ( Boston Turnpike ) in Bolton, CT. Since 1964 we have grown to become one of Connecticut's best premium lawn and garden dealers. W. H. Preuss Sons is currently run by 3rd and 4th generation family members. We feel that our employees set us a notch above our competition. W. H. Preuss Sons, Inc is proud to be an authorized dealer for Scag Power Equipment, Echo hand-held equipment, Toro/Wheelhorse lawn and garden equipment, Husqvarna power equipment, Snapper mowers, Ariens snowblowers, Briggs & Stratton Power Products ( Generators ), Bobcat commercial mowers. Our parts department is staffed by experienced professionals that want to make sure you get the right part at the right time at the right price. Not only can our team answer your questions intelligently, they will help you find the parts you need.
