We are a local business that has used berning tires for years and i was looking for a 4ply mower tire and he said he only had a two ply. I went on ebay and made my tire purchase, called berning tire back and asked if they would be willing to mount them. They said yes and as soon as i reached the office area the owner verbally attacked me and continued to degrade my purchase of the tires i bought. I will never step foot in that business again and i will spread my horrible experience to everyone i can. I dont write reviews but this is one i will share for ever. THEY WILL NEVER GET A PENNY FROM MY POCKET EVER AGAIN.

I have been going here for years. Very reasonable, fixes only what is wrong and have a family oriented business style. Can't beat them in my opinion. Goodyear, Firestone and all the chains could learn something about customer service from these guys. I never feel like I was ripped off.
