      How do you argue with a potential customer on the phone when we haven't even met yet??? Wont ever go to this place...ill take my business elsewhere!!!

      Broke center cap, stripped lug and stud! SO MAD!!! Management was great, but dont let the fat guy near your car!

      worst service ever

      I took my car to pepboys to have my brakes service and I spent five (5) hours there and my brakes still were not serviced, my car was never brought around, never put on the lift, and never looked at period if I had stayed any longer I would have been there eight (8)+ hours and that is ridiculous, I recommend that if you need work done to your car don't take your car to them, I will never, ever go back to them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone
