Lou is the best!! I took my car in today and he is gone!!!!Apparently someone bought out the place. The clowns working there wouldn't tell me where Lou is. Anybody know? Anyone know his last name or cell number? I don't trust anyone else to work on my car!!

Louie is the best ! When working on your car he explains everything in full detail ,he shows you the new and old parts that he replaces . If he says you need something done on your car you can trust him 100% to do the right thing . He will only do what needs to be done he will not take advantage and tell you something else is wrong to make more money like some places I have gone too . He is very courteous and always makes a customer feel special . I have gone too lots of garages in the past and never got the excellent service I get from Lou .I will never go anywhere else but to Lou . He is a Jewel !

Lou is the best. He has been taking care of my cars for 20 years. He's the boss car doctor -- smarter than the all the bigshot people-docs next door at the MGH. A scholar of car repair. Gets it right almost every time, and charges a fair price. What else is there?

Lou at exxon mobile (or is it Gulf now?) is awesome. I had an appointment to get a leaky tire fixed but when I went to start my car, I saw that my battery had died. Instead of making me pay for a tow truck (as I didn't have any friends in the area and was looking for a quick fix on my lunch break), he drove to ME and gave me a jump start and then followed me back to the garage. I've never had such great service at a garage!!! I will definitely continue to bring my car there!
