Horribly unprofessional front office staff/physician assistants.. They are abrupt and rude. There are long wait times of 30-40 minutes even if you have an appointment. It has the feel of a low-grade free clinic.. One Physician Assistant did not even know how to adjust blood pressure band to get accurate reading. Worst care/service ever! The two women at the front desk were laughing, giggling and talking about the patients. The joke is on the two ladies at the front desk. I wonder if they realize that patient billing pays for heir salaries? Don't expect to see Dr. Norman McKoy ever! Nurse Nellie is the best you will get. It's so sad that as a minority office they have to perform so poorly. What a horrible experience.
