I have done multiple projects using American Tin Ceilings products. Have appreciated the help and support via phone as I have scoped out my projects - a bar backsplash and a ceiling. They have a great color and finish selection and I have been very happy with the quality of the tin panels.

Would have only given one star but I love the actual product they provide. This company's customer service is horrendous. You can be the judge though - order placed on 11/13.....order does not ship until 12/14. Did not think to select expedited shipping....so my order did not arrive until 12/21. Because I was anxious to get this and have it installed for Christmas Eve, I sent 3-4 emails following up on the status - each time to be told my order would be shipped by the end of the week, oh, it will be shipped by Wednesday, now it's the end of the week - oh, you're bad luck we had just run that color you picked 2 days before your order. My husband did a fabulous job of installing the backsplash along one wall so that we could show our family. Overall PRODUCT is TERRIFIC, their customer service however is SEVERLY lacking.
