DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a -number for this review, I would. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY MISQUOTED ME TWICE for my insurance during a state to state transfer. And when I was informed that my policy had to be re-written with the correct quote, I was told that all I needed to do was sign new forms and wait for my auto pay to come out of my account. I received no documentation or letters about the changes to my policy. THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and they told me that because the policy was cancelled, I was unable to be insured again. I CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE To complain about their lack of customer service and LAURIE IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE LAUGHED AT ME and stood up for them even though they were in the wrong. It’s nice to see that Statefarm loves to cover for their offices even when they LEFT ME UNINSURED for my vehicle in a high accident area. I’ve been a loyal statefarm customer since 2013 and never had any issues until I moved to Florida. They are HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY FASHION WHATSOVER.

Just poor performance by staff to get simple tasks done. Really seemed to lack care. Hope it was just a one time occurrence.
