Dr. Laura Ottaviani is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist who focuses in the restoration of patient function. Dr. Ottaviani utilizes a range of non-surgical means including muscle and joint injections, physical therapy, medication and bracing to treat various orthopedic conditions. These conditions include muscle spasticity and lower back pain. She holds a special interest in the use of Botulinium toxin to treat specific neurologic conditions including stroke, adult cerebral palsy and headaches, and has specialty training in the use of electrodiagnosis to define nerve injury.
