      Shapes Fitness for Women is the regions premier women’s only fitness center operating throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Manatee counties. Programs at Shapes are designed for women of all levels, including those who have never stepped foot inside a traditional health club before. Shapes facilities offer 40+ group training classes per week, top of the line circuit and free weight equipment, a full range of cardio equipment as well as spa like amenities. Shapes Fitness For Women offers amenities that set us aside. Shapes assist in accommodating women of all ages, sizes and levels no matter what lifestyle or busy schedule they may have. We have it all, clean and safe attended kids club for all ages, an upscale locker room with a spa area to relax and a friendly, trained and knowledgeable team to assist in any need a women may have in order to get a great fitness experience and to meet her fitness goals. In our legacy club locations we offer a heated pool and spa for relaxation and a great workout. A membership at Shapes provides exciting ways to maintain a strong and healthy body, mind and spirit, with dues that fit into your budget... flexible monthly plans and convenient prepaid options are available for our renewable and seasonal packages. Unlimited group exercise and aquatic classes are included free of charge, along with use of the pool, whirlpool, steam, sauna and Kids club.* Members can enjoy complimentary fitness evaluations (measurements, body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, blood pressure and goal setting) every month and demonstrations of the cardiovascular and circuit-training resistance machines at no charge. Our model has two easy membership options that are affordable for any women. Our mission is to reach out to the local community to inspire, influence and empower as many women as we can to lead a healthy lifestyle with balance.
