Had a rough start with customer service, and I brought it to their attention and my issue was solved that day and had multiple apologies. I live 3 miles from another hearth business and I went 36 miles away to Miller Stove to get better service and deal with nicer people. I hope they keep it up.

We purchased our pellet stove from Mr. Miller in February. I have never had a more enjoyable transaction, installation and product use.



He is a gentleman of the highest order, and his installation team of his son and son-in-law are professional, personable and prompt.
