It is our pleasure to provide your family with comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence. Our pediatric practice, which was founded in 1986 in Nashville, moved in February, 2005 to Maryland Farms.

General Info

Dr. Lee Ann Freeman Dr. Freeman received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, in Microbiology, Summa Cume Laude. She received her medical degree at the University of Tennessee and is a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. She then completed her Pediatric residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Dr. Freeman is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an associate clinical professor at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and routinely teaches medical students and Pediatric residents. Dr. Freeman began her Pediatric practice in Nashville in 1986. Dr. Freeman is a native Tennessean and has three children. She enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and scuba diving Dr. Anne-Marie Hain Dr. Hain received her Bachelor's degree from the Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Linguistics, Cume Laude. She received her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine and is a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Dr. Hain completed her Pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Medical Association. She is an associate clinical professor at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and teaches medical students and Vanderbilt Pediatric residents. Dr. Hain joined our Pediatric practice in 1999. Dr. Hain was born in Minnesota and spent her childhood in Georgia. She is married to Paul Hain, MD who is a Pediatrician at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. She has one child and enjoys reading, hiking, singing and travel. Dr. Jennifer Bondurant Dr. Bondurant received her Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in Environmental Engineering, Summa Cume Laude. She received her Medical degree from the University of Tennessee and is a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Dr. Bondurant completed her Pediatric residency at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an associate clinical professor at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital where she teaches medical students and Pediatric residents. Dr. Bondurant joined our Pediatric practice in 2000. Dr. Bondurant is a native to Nashville, Tennessee. She is married to David Steinert who is an engineer for Turner Universal Construction Company. She has two children who keep her very busy.

All physicians are Board Certified Pediatricians with priviledges at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital, Baptist Hospital and Centennial Hospital. Our nurses are trained to answer your questions in the office and on the phone.
