TERRIBLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH- WILL NEVER GO BACK

I have had a number of unusual cleaning issues with Uggs,beaded tops and specialty dresses and suits, that I have brought to Jerry's Cleaners in Brick. The staff greets me in a helpful and courteous manner. My items have always been returned to me looking brand new. I wouldn't think of taking my dry cleaning anywhere but Jerry's Cleaners.

I've worked on Wall Street for the past 25 years and am very familiar with how most dry cleaners operate. I have never been totally satisfied with any dry cleaner until I moved into Brick and went to Jerry's Dry Cleaners. When I entered the cleaners, I was greeted by friendly staff who took my order without a problem. They catered to every detail I needed in my excessively large order from my recent move. Much to my wife's surprise, she learned that they will clean her Ugg boots too so I immediately brought in both pairs of them. When I picked my orders up, I could not believe the outstanding quality of the service. The Ugg boots looked brand new!!! My suits and laundered shirts looked as if I had just bought them yesterday and had sharp, clean creases. I know that i will be a customer at Jerry's Dry Cleaners for life.

If your looking for a dry cleaner, look for Jerry's Dry Cleaners in Brick, and/or Brielle, NJ. Jerry (owner) is a consumate business man, honest, helpful and pleasant to deal with. His work's darn good too. I've been a customer for the past few years and have never had a problem with the service, price or quality of work. I'd recommend Jerry's Cleaners to anybody for shirts, suits, coats, Uggs!!!, wedding dresses, alterations and all your dry cleaning needs!!

THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. We just moved to Brick from North Jersey. I have been a business professional for 20 years and have always used dry cleaning services, so I have a lot to compare it to. I dropped off $89 worth of drycleaning comprised of just about every category: sweaters, men's and women's button downs (some with ruffles), men's and women's slacks, a cocktail dress, women's blazers and here's what I got back: the sweaters still had pills on them (have never gotten a sweater back with pills still on them), the women's and the men's button down shirts had NO STARCH used and had WRINKLES (to boot, they'll wrinkle within minutes of wearing)! The ruffles on the women's shirt were never pressed down and looked like it was thrown in a wet vat and hung up to dry, the linen men's pants had no starch used (every dry cleaner before now has starched them without ever requesting) and the blazer had a wrinkled collar. These items were immediately hung in my car, driven a half a mile down the road, brought inside, hung and the plastic taken off to inspect the items. I was horrified. They also make sure to send you out the door without the tag attached to the plastic so that you don't know if the wrapped garments are everything you brought in. You would have to make a photocopy of the receipts you bring in to know if you're walking out with all of your items. The thing that also put a bad taste in my mouth is when I originally walked in with my large heap of items, I mentioned to the person taking in my items that it was my first visit, had just moved to the area and I had tried to print their online coupon but I was out of ink and could she honor the $4 coupon when I come back. The answer was NO, you need it at drop off. So she called out to Jerry (obviously the owner) and he claims he needs it at drop off because the computer won't take it after it's input. So I asked if there was a bar code on it, he said no. Then I asked if he could just honor the $4 since I've seen the coupon and he could put a slip in the drawer instead of the coupon. He refused--seriously?? Poor business skills, obviously. Needless to say, I will not be taking my $90 weekly order to Jerry's Dry Cleaners due to the poor customer service and complete lack of quality.
