I went to purchase a dozen of donuts there today. There were fruit flies flying all over them and flies. I left as quick as I could. Never again at that location.I never went through that anywhere else.

I am in love with this DD. it has a seasoned staff and the drive-thru is fine. I recommend it.

Over a drive-through window counter of Dunkin Donut, A man who claimed himself an owner of the store, showered a volley of derogatory words, and acted very vulgar and rude to me. He yelled at me, and lashed bad mouth out in very hostile manner, used racial slur, and gave volley of insults. I was very much humiliated in public, and it was most upsetting experience I ever had. It started while I gave a simple order as usual over the drive-though. A receptionist who took the order responded in funny attitude. Obviously, she was making fun of my accent. I drove up and I was given a wrong items. I asked a correction, and she insisted that was exactly what I ordered. She gave me wrong changes, and she insisted it was collect. There were a sequence of insult and ill manner. She went inside to report something to a manager obviously blaming me and misinforming. A man who claimed himself an owner stuck his face out of the window, and showered abuse, and sprayed curses on me. I had to leave the place with scars left by name-calling. I cannot ever forget such a horrifying experience, and it will traumatize me for ordering with drive-through. I demand a letter of apology from the owner, and a notice of recognition from the Dunkin Donut Company. I think a store with such malpractices should close down the business for the sake of consumers.
