I am writing this review on the US Bank location in Bridgeton on St. Charles Rock Road near 270. I had not been to that location in quite some time. upon entering the building I noticed how dirty the entrance doors are as well as needing to be painted. Lets just say I did not want to touch them. during my visit I also noticed that the wood boxes in front of the tellers had scratched doodling and weathered paint and the windows are dirty. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I just don't understand why this location is being neglected. Where is the pride in the establishment? I have been a customer for many years and had since moved to St. Charles. Needless to say I won't be back visiting this location again.
