This company is a SCAM! They robbed me. I paid $300+ for my weeding dress to be made according to my size, first, it took almost two months to be shipped from Shanghai, China. when I opened the bag, what a surprise! it was 3 sizes larger than my size, nothing like the picture, it was not a mermaid style like I wanted, it was a very cheap, cheap finished, like those for a hallowen party. I called many times (the bridgewter 888 582 5438 number), and only got a recording, I sent an email, they asked me to return the dress to the same address, that the dress was shipped.

I did what they asked, I sent the copies of the UPS receipts and pictures of the package. In order to get my refund from the dress and the money spend from mailing the dress back to them. I order the dress on Apri 7, 2014, sent it back to Bridesire on June 10, 2014. I am still waiting for my refund, Bridesire customer service is not responding to my emails, and still no news from them at all.

This company is a scam!!!!! They robbed me. Ordered dress Jan. 19 and told them wedding was Feb. 22 surprise surprise dress hadn't even shipped from China on Feb. 18 so I asked for a refund which they told me it would take 3-5 business days. Here we are on Feb.26 and no refund so I tried calling the 888-582-5438 number and it says it's been suspended.

You were really great in terms on the communication, in which I am always updated on the gowns that you have finished for me(since I have ordered 9 gowns together with my bridesmaids). As we received the package, we were very excited to see the outcome of the gowns we were designing for ourselves, and with what you have delivered was very far from what we have expected,they were AMAZING!..The details were really elegant. But as a bride, my wedding gown is the best among the 9 gowns.The princess-cut,backless wedding gown were really spectacular!I am very proud to have wore them.

I would like to commend Bridesire in doing such a great job with the Sheath / Column One Shoulder Short / Mini Chiffon Over Mading Bridesmaid / Wedding party dresses that I ordered! I ordered (7) seven of these last month for bridesmaids and I have to say that I’m very much pleased about the quality of your product. The dresses were absolutely wonderful! We were only asked to submit our measurements and wait for the dresses to arrive. All were excited and true enough the dresses were worth the wait. It came on time and fortunately, we didn’t have any problems regarding the fit. Moreover, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, giving us suggestions and being patient with all our questions (you know how ladies are with their dresses).

I was very much satisfied with the quality of Bridesire’s work. The design and craftsmanship really speaks greatly of your eye for detail. The materials used were very good – it’s really value for money. Rest assured, how much you value your clients do not go unnoticed. I didn’t have any trouble placing my order and communicating with the team. I was just glad there weren’t any delays because time was really an issue then. I was a bit concerned at first but was very happy when the dresses arrived not a minute too late. As soon as I got them, I called up the girls (who were very excited) to have them try their dresses on. I was also relieved that there wasn’t any need of repair or any alterations. It would’ve been so much of a hassle if we had to send it back. This really saved us a lot of time.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I bought two “custom made” dresses for my daughter’s wedding. When they both came, the waist on both dresses were made 7” too big…I’m not exaggerating…7” too big. The dresses were ‘boxes’. They told me that they could not give me a refund because they were “custom made”. They also told me that I could have someone locally fix them and that they would reimburse me. Well, I was not willing to put more money into these dresses. The second choice was to send them back to have them redone; however, they would not guarantee that the dresses would be here by the wedding. After 2 and ½ hours “chatting” with a customer service employee, they finally told me that I could send the dresses back for a refund, including the cost of shipping them back. This was March, 2012. In July, they did refund only half of my money from the two dresses. No other refund was granted me. Not even the shipping they promised to refund. Oh by the way, their company is located in Shanghai, China. I told them that the custom made dresses were not made to my order. It did not matter to them. The dresses were still “custom made”. It is now November, 2012 and I have not heard back from them, after many months and many e-mails and many phone calls. So, I’m out $106.00 and no dresses to show for it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIDESIRE. I ordered a dress I absolutely loved in the picture. When I got the dress, it was 5 inches too long. The jacket was cut way too big in the back and too small in the front. It just falls off. And the fabric used is not what was pictured. Very cheap and poorly constructed. They want me to pay to return it to China. Too expensive. I'd have it altered in US but the jacket is so poorly cut, it can't be altered. Now I have to find another dress.

Trying to find the perfect dress is no easy task. I looked at about a dozen wedding gown shops and became frustrated to the point of not wanting to get married. While looking online for some final ideas, I came across Bridesire.com and the rest is history. I was able to sit back and relax while looking for a dress (as opposed to having a sales person shove dresses in my face after I have had 3 cups of Starbucks and cannot even see straight). I chatted up one of their employees who was able to answer all of the questions that I had about a dress that I found and I placed the order immediately (almost immediately – I had to retrieve my measurements from the one shop downtown and then email the measurements to Bridesire.com). When the dress arrived, I was shocked at how well the quality was. It was perfect and now I feel motivated again to walk down the aisle.

Don’t waste your time at your neighborhood dress shop. Go online and get it from these people. They shipped directly to my house and I received it well in advance of my wedding. They had everything down to the tiny details including the stich pattern that I wanted. Thoroughly impressed that an online company did all of this.

Very skeptical at first but very surprised when the gown arrived. It was soft to the touch and and an exact replica of the one that I found locally. The only difference is that I save a ton of money by ordering it through Bridesire. They were 98% correct with their alterations but nothing that was not easily taken care a few days prior to the wedding. I expected a lot worse from ordering online; however, Bridesire surprised me greatly. They took my exact measurements and made the gown exactly what I wanted. I would definitely use again (not for me......maybe a friend). :)

I would steer clear of this business unless you are a perfect size and you ask for a sample of the material and color before your order. I just received an evening dress that I ordered from the pictures and it is nowhere like it. The color is not the same and detail is nothing like it. I waited 30 days for this dress and cannot use it because it does not fit, is miles too small, the fabric is cheap and has pink embroidery which the picture does not show along with beads that do not show in the picture. I expressed my concern before they shipped in emails and they kept stalling me.

There are many really amazing and affordable bridal gowns here! You must not be disappointed!
