The makeup/hair "artist" was awful. My daughter showed a picture of long loose curls, she gave her tight short curls. I asked for full hair and smokey eyes, I had stick straight hair thanks to the hot iron. It looked horriible, and dull eyes. No eyeliner, no mascara on bottom lashes. What part of this is smokey? Then she had a attitude when I asked her to fix them. There was no help for my hair after the hot iron (they don't even have a blow dryer in the store). I was prepared to spend a lot of money but only bought 2 pictures because my hair looked so bad.
