After the water of the sewer wet all my basement, this team was the best help I could find. They came to the house within the hour of the accident, and left the basement pristine, I feel confident to walk barefoot there after this people came and clean. Great service!!!

We had a window AC unit leak into our bedroom and the living room. We called that afternoon and within 2 hours Northeast power Dry turned up. Mike was great, he walked us through everything. They contacted our insurance and got everything moving. They had everything installed within 3 hours. The crews that came were highly professional. When they came in to do the checks on the system they took time to explain what was going on. Removal of equipment was fast and painless. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received. I highly recommend Northeast Power Dry to anyone who was water damage.

Northeast Power Dry arrived quickly and were professional and helpful. They provided an good overview of what they were doing and what to expect over the next few days. They followed up on a daily basis and when they came to pick up equipment they arrived on time and were quick and efficient.. While they were called due to an unfortunate water issues, they made a bad situation bearable and got my home back to normal quickly. I normally don't write reviews but I truly thought the service was worth me recognizing them.

Power Dry were true crisis intervention specialists for us. Everyone involved were professional and provided prompt and thorough intervention for our water damage. Power Dry's initial evaluator was to our home within 1 hour of our contact with our insurance company!! He was personable, reassuring, knowledgable and explained everything that he was doing and would need to be done next. The team that was called in to begin the process was at our home within 1 1/2hrs and worked for 6 hours to assist with the first step in restoration of our damage. They treated our home with respect-protected areas not involved where they would need to walk or bring in equipment. Their clean up was also thorough! There was follow-up. Wow. I didn't realize I had such a mess with water in the basement until the Power Dry team came in and removed the laminate flooring. My plumber recommended I call them. The safety valve on my hot water leaked and water seeped throughout the basement on my laminate floor. They were efficient, courteous and informed me of everything they were going to do to dry the floor and eliminate the odor. They moved all of my stuff (furniture, photo albums, exercise equipment, etc) to dry parts of the basement and bagged and moved out anything that got wet/damaged in the garage. After they removed the old wet floor, they sprayed with a disinfectant/microbial then installed commercial equipment to dry, filter and dehumidify the concrete floors, drywall and cedar. I expect it to be as good as new in 4 days when they return for the equipment. I highly recommended them for any water problems. Richard and his 2 workers were extremely courteous and worked very hard.

Northeast arrived at the scene quickly and immediately set up equipment to dry out my house following a burst pipe incident. In the following few days Richard G. led a team of workers and did what I think was a terrific job. Richard consulted with me the entire time and explained all the actions he was taking so I could understand what was happening and the progress was coming along. I thought that Richard was a very effective leader keeping his workers busy and doing the right things.
