I called into the church with just a few general questions and spoke to Lisa, I have never been so unimpressed with a church staff member as I am with her. She was extremely rude and insulting. I hope the church will hire more appropriate staff to handle their phone calls. The church needs to hire more professional and accommodating staff, not to mention this is a church and this is very shameful to have her working there.
