She is a leading practitioner in the areas of construction liens, land use development, zoning, and condominium association law. She is a 1995 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Prior to founding this law firm, she specialized in municipal and public corporation law, representing several village, townships, and cities in Livingston and Oakland County. Ms. Hamman is a member of the Real Estate Law section of the State Bar of Michigan, is a member of Bylaws Committee for the Michigan Association of Home Builders, the former Chairperson of the Legal Action Committee for the Michigan Association of Home Builders, and has served as legal counsel for the Home Builders Association of Livingston County, where she now serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors. She is past President of Livingston County Habitat for Humanity and has served on the Housing Growth and Opportunities Commission, the Leadership Livingston Steering Committee, and the Livingston Economic Club Steering Committee.
