BE CAREFUL! We had them come out to take a look at a washer/dryer unit that was not working. They told us on the phone that there would be a $60 service charge. They failed to mention the extra charge per every 15 minutes just for the diagnostics. They charged us $180 for less than an hour and a half work - and DID NOT even make the repair!!!!
