      I have had one of the worst experiences with this company. Yes the frontline staff where nice. But unfortunately my unit was raided by mice and they left quite a bit of there droppings behind. I felt like no one cared and minus the district manager subtracting a whole whopping $25 off of 160 that I paid monthly to have my unit defecated with mouse droppings. I am so disgusted angry, and I feel violated. I have rented storage units in the past from other properties and I have never ever seen one dropping. It's pathetic and quite digusting to have to go in and fumigate a place where you pay to have your things stored with the intent a your items are safe and secure that was not the case and I would not recommend this facility / company to my worst enemy.
