I cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. Being a father in Massachusetts Family Court is terrifying to say the least. Because of Attorney Holton I have more than standard visitation and have a very active role in raising my son. If you're just beginning this adventure you will read horror story after horror story and many cases of fathers being pushed out and reduced to visitors and paychecks. I was expecting the absolute worst but she was awesome! After the case was settled she consistently still promptly answers emails when there are questions regarding the order. A new issue has arisen in my case and my first call was to her office. She responded quickly and reassured me that she was in my corner. Bettina Holton handled my divorce, modification and custody. She often came to court unprepared. She did not look out for my best interest. Would never return any phone calls. Did not utilize any evidence provided for her. Very disingenuous. A lot of money for poor quality of work.
