Your Service STINKS . Was ignorded at service desk she took several customers before me ,she saw me standing there had to raise my voice to get attention . Went to contractor desk to Place an order asked if wanted early or late delivery said early between 8am /12pm. NEXT DAY CALLED TO ADD ON AT 1:15 AT 10 MINUTES TO 3 STORE CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE TO BUSY TO CALL IT IN AND IT WAS TO LATE DELIVERY CLOSES AT 2 . Called at 12 TODAY to find out about order SAID I WAS MISTAKEN THEY DELIVER BETWEEN 8AM - 5PM. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A 9 HOUR DELIVERY TIME SPAN THAT IS A FULL DAY OF DOING NOTHING. WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER I HEARD OTHER CUSTOMERS CALLING AND ASKING ABOUT THEIR DELIVERIES THAT HAD NOT ARRIVED AT TIME PROMISED. YOU FORGET THERE IS ALWAYS LOWES ,ACE HARDWARE AND LOCAL LUMBER YARDS
