It was fast and I knew how much it would cost the day the consultant came to measure and she left a diagram for us to study and tweak if we wanted. The consultant was very knowledgeable and had the computer program to show us what the closet would look like. I was very impressed and expected to wait a week or two to find out costs and what it would look like. But I knew before she left the house.
