Terrible service. Nothing is ever in stock, always on a boat from Greece including rug pads. Never follow up with an email stating delivery will be delayed and when you call and ask for a follow up email with status that never arrives, either. However, when you call a month later miraculously your order is being shipped that day. Will never order from them again.
