This was my first time using Enterprise car service and I must admit I did not regret it. I requested a regular car and was given an upgrade as a first time customer, the car was very nice and clear. I was 4 minutes late I returning the car and the workers there were so nice and friendly the actually allowed me in instead of returning it the following day. The service was great and the workers are very nice and helpful. The even help me to get a cab home as this was after hours and they had already closed for the day but I did get a pick up from a very nice Enterprise worker we chatted all the way to the office. I would definitely recommend Enterprise on State St in Brooklyn and I will be going back again... 2 thumbs up!!!

Pleasant service but the limited weekend service is not in tune with the increasingly residential nature of the neighborhood. It a drag to have to return a weekend rental by 1 pm on Sunday.

Excellent service! We rented an intermediate car for 4 days while in NY. From the time I called to make the reservation everyone I dealt with were very helpful, courteous & professional. When someone came to our hotel to pick us up & had told them we had 4 people & 6 suitcases therefore we needed a large enough vehicle to fit all of us. They did indeed come with the perfect size. We were upgraded to this same vehicle so we didn't have to transfer all our luggage to a different vehicle. The price to upgrade was very reasonable! I would definately recommend enterprise to everyone!
