I am a baker that's behind the Caribbean roots revinting the Caribbean fruit cakes and New York style cakes. Cakes are everywhere, but our version of fruit cakes are made with all different natural fruits, mangoes, blueberries, pineapple, papaya, appricots, cranberries. You can order birthday cakes, wedding cakes, rum cake pops, I also have delicious carrot cakes, red velvet, chocolate, cheese cake, caribbean coconut cake.
