      The Brooklyn Hospital Center is a 435-plus-bed facility that provides several health care services for more than 1 million patients in Brooklyn in New York. It employs over 2,800 staff members and maintains the La Providencia Family Medicine Center and the Williamsburg Family Health Center. The center practices in the fields of cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology, oncology and neurology. The Brooklyn Hospital Center performs plastic and vascular surgeries, as well as provides podiatry services. Its radiology department offers general diagnostic procedures, such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry.
