      Stay away!!

      Unresponsive and irresponsible!

      Bought a new sash from this company that came with installation as they advertised sales and repair. The salesman with whom I spoke did the repair. The glass was defective. When I called Window Palace they told me the salesman who sold and repaired the window was no longer working there and I would need to contact him for replacement. They refused to do anything to correct this situation even though the glass has a 20 year warranty.

      My advice-steer clear of this company
