Immediate response, honest, explained in detail what they did in terms we could understand, excellent pricing. AAA is the only septic company we will use from here forward after a very poor experience with another local septic service. They delivered the service and immediately resolved the issue.

I called them about 8pm the night before and set up an appointment for 9am the next day for an emergency situation. 15 minutes after the appointment time, we called they were on their way. 30 minutes after we called again, to make sure the worker knew exactly where he was coming to, office employee stated he did and she tried calling but could not reach the worker but he should be on his way. An hour after the appointment time, still had not arrived and we called again. Office worker was rude, asking if my husband had just called, which was 30 minutes earlier. Then asked if we wanted to cancel, we did not want to cancel, just know where they were, and she said we will just go ahead and cancel and canceled our appointment, when all we wanted to know is why they were an hour late. Being a local business owner, myself, this is unacceptable. Not even an explination to why they were late. Keep appointment times or offer an explination as to why you can't. I don't know isn't an answer!
