      I bought a Dell laptop and had problems. Staples in Brunswick Maine sent it to Dell for repair. Staples made sure everything was correct before I picked it up from them. The manager of this store Jerimiah is a great manager and so is Keesha. Their tech support Kevin (the one who wears a hat ha ha) is one of the best! I can't say enough about the customer service in this store.When a customer walks in this store they are not ignored. They are greeted and waited on right away. Also this store is very clean and very well organized and stocked.I tell my friends and family that even though there are other Staples near by that they should go to this one because of GREAT customer support.Margaret (Peggy) Ridley ....... a very happy customer!
