Buckeye Business Equipment intends to disrupt that market and make high quality office imaging equipment available to any business or organization in the greater Cleveland and Akron Ohio area through our revolutionary new rental program. For as little as $99/month our customers enjoy full color copies or prints from their computers. Or if they prefer, they can scan and store documents for e-filing or e-mail. Because we don't require long term contracts, this opens the door to countless small businesses just starting out or with minimal operating capital. We also cater to larger businesses that merely want a low fixed rate on their in-house documentation costs. Best of all, service and black toner is included in the low fixed monthly rate. And this is the part accountants love... we never charge a per click/scan fee... EVER! That means the rate you pay remains the same, month after month. All of our equipment comes standard with a reverse auto document feeder. This means both sides of the page are scanned. They all print on both sides of the page as well which saves money on paper costs. The typical desktop ink or laser copier/printer purchased from an office supply or wholesale store prints pages for approximately 5¢-10¢ per side. Our imaging machines bring that cost down to less than 1¢.
