Very considerate job well done

Not impressed! I called to have my chimney cleaned and the guy that came over just looked in my woodburning stove and said it was fine....I told him NO I wanted to have the chimney looked at and cleaned if necessary. He said ok...I showed him where he could go up on the roof through my upstairs. They NEVER took a ladder! Then he came down and said it was clean as a whistle and charged me $80! I had my husband call and they said they'd make it right.....three weeks ago. It's now -18 degree windchill on my farm and I can't use the chimney until it's done. DON'T call these guys; they're crooks!
