My schooling provided me with the strict educational and experiential standards set forth by the Commission on Dietetics Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic. As a Registered Dietitian I am well studied in the science of nutrition with expertise in weight management, diabetes education, cardiovascular health, and pediatric nutrition. My goal is to help you understand the science of nutrition in a practical way. This simplified scientific based approach will not only help with weight loss/gain, but also with issues regarding blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and overall better wellness.

- Emergency CarePat graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University with a bachelor’s of science nursing. She then worked in the hospital in Medical-Surgical, OB (including Labor and Delivery), Cardiac Care and Telemetry, and for numerous years in the Emergency Room. She was the Western District Nurse of Distinction. Pat returned to school at the University of Buffalo where she earned her MS and became a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Nursing Honor Society, both as an undergraduate and graduate student. Pat joined Northtowns Medical Group in 2013. In her free time, Pat enjoys spending time with her husband, her three children, and her large extended family. She loves to read, enjoys horses, and enjoys spending time on the waterfront.

- Internal MedicineEdward A. Stehlik Sr., M.D., M.A.C.P, is an Internal Medicine specialist at Northtowns Medical Group, PC where he is a founder and managing partner of the group. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Kenmore Mercy Hospital since 1990, making him the longest-tenured physician holding that position in Western New York. Elected as Governor of the Upstate New York Branch of the American College of Physicians (ACP), Dr. Stehlik completed his four year term on the ACP Board of Governors in 2010 and served as President of the New York Chapter of the ACP the largest chapter in the world with over 10,000 members - from 2009-2010. In 2010 he was selected to be a Master of the American College of Physicians, making him the 6th Internist in Western New York to be recognized as a Master by the ACP since the organization's founding in 1915, and the first one practicing in the Kenmore, Tonawanda and Niagara County areas of Western New York. Also serving as Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo's School of Medicine, Dr. Stehlik has been recognized with several honors, including the Seigel Award for Excellence in Medical Education and the Norman Chassin Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine. He received Kenmore Mercy Foundation “Tribute to Angels' honor (jointly with his wife), the New York ACP's Laureate Award and the ACP's Top 10 Key Contact Award. He and his wife also received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Kenmore mercy Foundation in 2013. His peers have selected him as one of the “Best Doctors in America since 2003. Buffalo Spree Magazine has listed him in their “Top 100 Doctors in Western New York " regularly since 2006. He did medical school training at the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and his residency in Internal Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He was selected to be the Chief Teaching Fellow of the Department of Medicine the year after completing his residency, before starting his private medical practice. Dr. Stehlik is Board Certified in his specialty of Internal Medicine, is a member of many professional societies and associations, and serves on numerous local Boards and Committees. Most recently, Dr. Stehlik has been named the first Chairman of the Department of Medicine of Catholic System, including the combined medical staffs of Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Sisters Hospital Main Street, Sisters Hospital St. Joseph's Campus and Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Among his professional interests are Practice Transformation and how to improve the delivery of medical care more efficiently and more satisfactorily in the ambulatory care setting.
- GastroenterologyCaitlin Cuffney is a 2015 graduate of the Daemen College Physician Assistant Program and recent addition to our team. During her clinical year she experienced many different areas of medicine including electives of Geriatrics, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology. Along with her degree from Daemen, she has a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Canisius College. In her free time Caitlin enjoys hiking, kayaking, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres!
