Great Instructor. Had energy, enthusiasm, and he really cared about the content. I highly recommend this course over others I have taken

I am responding to Guest87709. Your posting is a distortion of facts. Your kid was left out in the cold by you (not the schools). It is your responsibilty to go pick them up on time. There is room for how many kids in that car? If your kid was in the car (waiting for you to come pick them up), how about the other kids that were next? Do they just get left out in the cold as everyone waited for you? You (as well as every parent/kid in that classroom) were told (at the time of enrollment) that both classroom & in car training sessions had to start/end on time. There are NYS requirements that mandated the number of hours each kid gets. That means they couldn't wait around for you (BTW! Why were you late so many times?). Having been in the industry for years, I know this school. The owner goes out of his way to ensure everyone adheres to all guidelines. If you knew you weren't going to make it on time to pick up your kid, why did you enroll them in the first place?

My child was left outside on a cold Saturday with no instructor several times during a sixteen week driver ed course. The owner made excuses for instructors not showing up. Also, students were let go early without completing their required hours. I'm not the only parent I have heard complaints from others as well.
