These centers are not good. Not very good quality childcare at all. I pulled my kid out after one month. The staff are young kids themselves and it seems like they hire only kids fresh out of highschool. The turn over rate is very high so there is no cosistancy in the classrooms. The kids all seem unhappy and if you make a complaint they ignore you or try to kick you out. The director is never around either.

They act like they take parent's requests seriously, but if you complain that the teachers are not following instructions for your child's care, they remove your child from the program. They don't try and work with they parents and the teachers are not reprimanded for failure do follow instructions or for speaking inappropriately to the parents because the teacher in the room doesn't agree with the parents' decisions regarding things such as pacifiers and potty-training. They also have a high turnover rate of teachers and therefore there are constantly new teachers in the rooms which disrupts the consistency that children need.
