Frank was great! These people who write bad reviews likely can never be pleased or satisfied and probably screwed up. Frank takes his time and gets it right. Also, I scratched my glasses in the first week and he made sure I recieved brand new lenses free of charge! Excellent service!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came here and my glasses and contact lenses are not correct. Frank will not accept fault and will not do a refund.

Frank treats you like you are family. On one of my visits to pick up a pair of glasses, Frank was finishing up with a client and I overheard her say that she was tired and wasn't feeling well. Frank spoke to her with the utmost kindness, put an arm around her and walked her to her car. You just don't see this kind of human connection in larger, corporate business establishments, where numbers are the primary focus rather than having a caring personal relationship with each individual client.



Frank does not try to over-sell or convince you to buy expensive products. He allows you to pick a product based on your individual needs and budget. I never felt forced into buying more than I wanted. Franks has superior knowledge regarding glasses, contact lenses, and eye health in general. He answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity. He explained to me why certain lenses and frames were more expensive than others and encouraged me to buy what I felt comfortable with. I never felt pushed or rushed. It was as if I was having great conversation with a good friend.



I was impressed with the awesome collection of designer glasses. Frank has a superior sense of class and style, which is reflected in the products that he carries. I love my glasses and have no qualms about spending extra money for superb quality products and service. visiting this store, I was most nervous about this store,Am I going to get right glasses?. Now that got one, I could not have asked for anything better!! Frank was 100% honest and helpful in every way. He answered any questions I had . Above all, he called all his contacts just to make sure I get my glasses before I leave for Vancouver(within 48hr!!!). He also took time to call to make sure I will be getting glasses in time. He drove to airport just to deliver my glasses!!! I was truly amazed with his professionalism and pleasant nature! Like I said, I will recommend him to anyone interested getting eye exam, new pair of contacts and glasses. In future even if I move to different state I would come back his store to get new pair of glasses.

I called Eye to Eye today since they offered one hour service on contacts. My lens was damaged and was not comfortable. Frank said he could get me in for an exam today with the Doctor. After having a great eye examination, Frank said would I like to see better at night and reduce the glare. He said I could try these new contacts and I would see the difference. I came back for a check up the next week and was seeing better that 20/20. My vision actually improved from the first day. I am glad that he suggested this new product. Thanks for taking the time to explain the new design. My old optical store never took this much time to help me.

This owner went above and beyond to explain to me why the glasses I got somewhere else actually made it more difficult to see. Frank helped me to pick out the correct glasses and I can finally see again!!!!! He was able to complete my glasses in two days thank goodness. If you had difficulties with your glasses and getting the correct lenses I suggest you go here. I asked so many questions and Frank spent alot of time helping me. He knows his stuff and was really able to get me what I needed. He also had a great attitude unlike the las tplace I went. My friend recommended him and I'm really glad I came here. My Personal Experience was the best contact lens fitting I ever had. Frank really knows how to fit Bifocal Contacts. I went to three Optical stores and was very disappointed that I could not see. I went back and tried other contacts, and no luck. THe first time I called Frank, he said they carry many different brands. I gave him a try and now I can see my text messages again and walked out seeing great. He is very professional and his experience made all the difference. I recently perchased contacts through Frank. He found the perfect contacts for my needs. I recently had trouble seeing up close. He had me try lenses with bi-focals that also were so comfortable I can wear them much longer than the 8 hours I`m used to. He let me wear them several days to help make my decision before ordering them. All of my questions were answered and he even tracked down a pair of plastic tweezers for my contacts when no one had ever requested them before. Eye to Eye Optical has been in business for a very long time. I can remember going to Frank Senia for my eyeglasses when I was a little kid. I’m now in my mid 30s and when it comes time to make a choice I trust Eye to Eye Optical and Frank Senia to give me perfect vision.



The eye doctor on staff is an older gentleman. He is extremely kind, witty, and well trained. He takes his time to make sure your eye exam was done correctly. You really feel like you got your moneys worth after getting your eyes checked with the on-call doctor.



After the exam is over Frank will spend time 1on1 with each customer making sure they get the right fit. He was extremely patient with me and spent over an hour helping me pick out just the right frames.



Once the order is placed it took just 3 days to get my new glasses in. Frank fit me and made sure everything was just right. He then has you double check the new lenses against the eye chart.



I spent about an hour discussing care, options, upgrades, etc, and Frank was kind enough to take the time to make sure I left with all of my questions answered. If for some reason your questions are not answered you can pretty much reach him 24 hrs a day, just give the number a call and be surprised when he actually answers the forwarded call at 9PM.



Before leaving the shop Frank spent time explaining to me all of the costs included. He explains things in multiple ways so that no matter where my mind is at that day I will always leave fully understanding what I paid for.
