visiting this store, I was most nervous about this store,Am I going to get right glasses?. Now that got one, I could not have asked for anything better!! Frank was 100% honest and helpful in every way. He answered any questions I had . Above all, he called all his contacts just to make sure I get my glasses before I leave for Vancouver(within 48hr!!!). He also took time to call to make sure I will be getting glasses in time. He drove to airport just to deliver my glasses!!! I was truly amazed with his professionalism and pleasant nature! Like I said, I will recommend him to anyone interested getting eye exam, new pair of contacts and glasses. In future even if I move to different state I would come back his store to get new pair of glasses.

I recently perchased contacts through Frank. He found the perfect contacts for my needs. I recently had trouble seeing up close. He had me try lenses with bi-focals that also were so comfortable I can wear them much longer than the 8 hours I`m used to. He let me wear them several days to help make my decision before ordering them. All of my questions were answered and he even tracked down a pair of plastic tweezers for my contacts when no one had ever requested them before. Found just the right pair, was very helpfull and completed the order quicker than most much larger stores. The only difference was the price. Wow!!! What a nice guy and what wonderful service. The owner introduced himself, answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. His attention to detail made me feel very comfortable and more than that, very welcome. He treated me like family from the first moment in his store and impressed me with his great selection of designer and custom frames. In a time when more and more privately owned businesses are vanishing from the landscape, Eye to Eye Optical is a very pleasant and professional choice. I purchased a new pair of perscription glasses and saved enough to get a new pair of sunglasses to go with them. For me, money is so tight, a great deal is a wonderful thing.

Great Experience. Out of town from Tampa Florida and lost my glasses. Frank was great to work with and treated me like family. Made quick appointment with his Doctor and even quicker service making my glasses. I was surprised that he was able to fit me for contacts on the same day i picked up my glasses - I got them in a half hour. Great customer service.
