really stupid it MAKES you put a one star minimum here!!!!!! PAUL WOODS IS THE LOWEST FORM OF LIFE!!! he did my basement in 2006 and i had to CONTINUALLY call him. sometimes he’d respond MONTHS later...... sometimes NOT AT ALL!!! he GUARANTEED the crap job for as long as i owned the house!! after having to contact news 4 action i finally heard from him. only to be told that there was a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be done however often. NOT ONCE DID HE EVER SAY ONE DAMN WORD ABOUT ANYTHING NEEDING TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!! i was home when the shit job was done and my husband was working as we’d had a baby. i was the ONLY ONE PAUL EVER SPOKE TO!!!!!! and when i told him that my husband had passed away, it was THEN that he had said he told my husband about the maintenance. HE’S SOOOOO FULL OF IT!!!!! my husband NEVER wanted to even talk to that piece of work!!!!! he didn’t like him!! i took paul to small claims in lackawanna ( i do NOT recommend lackawanna court. the judge, obviously NOT bright enough to tell the truth from a lie!! clearly worth his salary !) and the ‘judge’ bought every DAMN LIE OUT OF PAULS FILTHY MOUTH!!!!! I CANT BELIEVE PAUL CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT AFTER USING THE HARDEST THING IVE EVER GONE THROUGH IN MY LIFE .... LOSING MY HUSBAND!!!!!! HE IS A SPECIAL KIND OF SCUMBAG!!!!!!!

IF I COULD DO LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD...THEY CAME IN DID A JOB AND MADE THINGS WORSE....BASEMENT LEAKS NOW IN PLACES IT NEVER DID WATER COMES IN INTO PLACES IT NEVER DID...THEY CAME BACK AND SAID WELL WE DID THE WORK AND WE DID IT RIGHT ...PROCEEDED TO SAY NOT OUR PROBLEM....BEFORE THE WORK STARTED WE SHOWED THEM WHERE THE PROBLEMS WERE SHOWED THEM VIDEO OF THE PROBLEMS.......THEY DID WORK THAT DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM THEN SAID WELL WE DID WHAT THE CONTRACT SAID WE WERE GONNA DO ...SO NOT OUR PROBLEM...ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL CERTAINLY BE CONTACTED...THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB THEY MADE IT WORSE AND THE WORST PART IS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A 73 YR OLD WOMAN CANCER SURVIOR WITH 1 LUNG.........WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS...DEF WONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. OH AND SAID THEY WERE DOING DRAIN TILE AROUND THE ENTIRE BASEMENT EXCEPT FAILED TO PUT IT AROUND THE AREA WHERE THE PROBLEM IS WHERE WE SAID THE PROBLEM IS.........HMMMM INTERESTING....WE WILL BE GETTING OTHERS INVOLVED IN THIS ...I DO NOT TAKE SOMEONE STEALING FROM MY FAMILY LIGHTLY AND THIS CO STOLE FROM HER...THEY DIDNT DO WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO SHOWED THEM THE PROBLEM AND THEN SAID WE DID WHAT THE CONTRACT SAID THE LEAKING IS NOT OUR PROBLEM......WE SHALL SEE....

P & G did our basement many years ago. They prepped the walls and installed a drain tile all around, and a sump pump. This was very costly. They guaranteed the work for 40 years. Unfortunately, that guarantee was just verbal. When I checked later I realized it was not in the contract. They recommended we apply a waterproofing mix as the final coat. That worked fine, but soon leaks behind the waterproofing pushed the waterproofing material off the wall in large chunks and powdery flakes. We had the walls tested by the waterproofing mix company and they determined that the mortar between stones underneath was unsound. This is part of what P&G was porous and supposed to have repaired. When we complained, they came out and patched their work, maybe even twice, but more problem kept occurring. I wrote an angry letter and they just ignored it. We were young at the time and didn't know what to do, so to this day we have chipping, flaking walls.

we had leaks in our basement walls and we called P&G to have them fixed and Paul woods found our drain tiles plugged.So we had the cracks fixed and drain tile replaced and a sump pump installed and all I can say is P&G is a 10 out of 10.Paul woods is professional and very thorough and explains every problem honestly.His crew of men are fantastic in the job they do and the information they supply as they go along.They are very professional and polite and they clean the work site just like it was before they started.All in all I would highly recommend them for they job you need done.Nice to have a localy owned business that cares about the customer.Thanks Paul and your crew.
