I called, requested a part and was told they had the part and I could pick it up before 5 pm, their closing time. I showed up an hour later, after a half hour drive and was directed to multiple people who told me to wait for their assistance and after 20 min and being told the part was being removed from another vehicle for me, I was told they no longer had the part because the vehicle had been crushed. This easily could have been avoided if they had just checked ahead of time, instead they wasted my time and money. I'll never conduct business with them in the future.
