Recently placed an order for a 4x8 sheet of knotty pine ply veneer (prepaid $80). Specifically requested choice of various sheets for most fitting grain pattern. Upon arrival for pickup, office staff indifferent. Was told to head to "east" side of building for pickup. Walked around in warehouse for 30 minutes before someone finally assisted. No choice offered, single sheet available was both damaged and stained. On the plus side was refunded $17 from original purchase price. True, I did not have to accept but was told 2 weeks to get new sheet (no choice). Job in progress did not allow for that kind of delay so I purchased sheet for discount and repaired (2 days). I'd stay away from these guys.
