Ordered and paid for glasses for my daughter. After 3 weeks, still no word from store. I called and was told glasses were back-ordered. Was told they would order them in another color and then switch them out for the frame we orderd when back in stock. After more than a week, no word from store. I called again to follow up and was told told glasses were in and I should have received an automated message notifying me - I did not. Was told it was out of the store's control - so sorry. Also was told that the store does not know when glasses are on backorder because the offsite lab doesn't notify the store. The customer (me) has to call the store looking for the glasses before the store calls the lab to see where the glasses are. Terrible customer service and way more trouble than it's worth. Use a different company.
