Ive been using this auto repair shop for 3 years. As far as I have seen (and experienced), they do a great job. Services are done in a timely manner and they are good communicators when explaining the problem or the solution. When I bring a car with multiple problems, they would be systematic in fixing it and would make sure each problem was addressed before calling me. Best of all, they are fast, fair and clean.

The staff is very amazing very patient when I bombarded them with various questions very honest when it came to the cause of the problem and the cost of repairs. I will definitely recommend them for anyones car maintenance needs.

Awesome oil changes. No long waits. Always helpful and professional. I left my previous mechanic and came here after hearing good things about them. Love them! The staff are very nice to me and to the other customers I have seen. They even offered drinks on my last visit!

These guys do great work at reasonable prices. They walk me through exactly what was wrong with my car. They told me what has to be fixed right away and what could be postponed. I've been coming here for our regular oil changes and inspections for about 5 years. I really don't have any complaints.Service is prompt and friendly. The waiting area is nice with coffee, TV and magazines. They are the best in the Burke area.

Being a Military family means moving around alot, we have used Burke Center Automotive since we moved to Burke in 2008, we first tried a place who a buddie reccomended. I was not impressed, we found Burke Goodyear through their website and we have been bringing our 3 cars there ever since. We like that the place is clean and the shuttle service is always great. We have used Burke Center Goodyear for 10 years, they are real honest and they always give us the whole cost up front with tax included. Malcolm is a nice older gentleman, he will call you with the repairs and then they fix it the same day. We like these people!

This place is really good. We only go to them or our dealer we like Burke Center Auto better than our dealer but sometimes they do stuff for free that Burke Center Auto cannot do for free. This place is very customer friendly and their crew has been there a long time. The owner is on site most days and he has always steered us in the right direction with all of our cars. They beat Costco's price on our last set of tires and they have real technicians there with roadforce balancing and alignment machines. Our whole neighborhood uses the Goodyear and they treat us fair everytime we are in this place.Diane and Mike Murphy.

A friend recommended this Goodyear Service center to me and it was the Best advice I have received in while. I went for an Inspection and it only took 10 minutes and I watched the flat screen TV while they put a sticker on my car. I then did my oil service there and they gave me a ride to my house and picked me up when it was done. This is a really nice store, and they give really over the top good service.

Burke Center Automotive- Goodyear is the cleanest most professional place in the Burke area. They stand behind their work and always give us fair prices. We have had great experiences everytime with Chris (the owner) and the whole staff. It is a well run shop.
