Our experience has been very very good, whether it was at the restaurant or a catered event.

My wife and I love coming here weekly for the Salad Bar. The food has been overall good, but we rarely order cooked food. The main reason for the low review is the cooking staff member ( Not all of them) and the Managers. Customers have the ability to look through the glass at the staff while handling and cooking your food. There is always one member staff that doesn't wear his plastic gloves even thou everyone can see he isn't. Once in awhile he will wear only one glove on just one Hand. I have reported this now several times to the Managers. This guy still continues to not wear his gloves every week we visit. It goes to show the Managers don't take this serious and this employee isn't being held accountable. The Manager's and employee's like this ruin the reputation of a good eating establishment. Wish I could have given a better review. I did report issue and hoped it would be addressed before submitting our review.

We ate the perfectly cooked cheeseburgers, dressed them up at the garnish bar, and ate that absolutely delicious potato salad. It doesn't get any better than that. One of the very best meals anywhere! Thanks so much.

So we arrived around 8:00 on Sat, night and there was a good many people there and a 3 person string music group, I thought that this might be the night my wife would come away with a like on this place. Well I was so wrong! Her steak was a total joke and my potato was not hot. We were with a group of 20 others so maybe they are not used to that size party but several people had cold food. Don't plan your big one for here unless you just feel the need to be totally disappointed.

had my first visit at the cutting board on ramada road in burlington, it was EXCELLENT. I haven't had a good steak in YEARS. It is cooked on charcoal grills which honestly is what made a huge difference. they had excellent service as well as the management there was on point, there was never a time where a drink went unfilled or someone waiting on something. this place is dead on with their steaks but not only that- i thought it was JUST a steakhouse- get this, they have seafood, pastas, burgers, sandwiches and the best part is an amazing salad bar!! can't wait to go back!

This restaurant has excellent food and the service is very good. This establishment was a fixture in Burlington for many years until it burned. The new owners that opened this restaurant are following in the footsteps of the previous owners and providing the community with excellent food and service.

I was truly disappointed with the Cutting Board Restaurant. My food was not cooked

and the manager on duty was very rude. The price for food did not represent the

quality of it.
