In my opinion an absolutely horrible experience. I would avoid this auction site at all costs. I won the auction and was notified of winning on my app on the phone. Went to my son's basketball game and when I got home received an email that they reopened the auction because of an alleged technical issue and now someone else one. In my opinion very shady and not professional.

When Repocast was smaller and had only the Byron Center loc. and Ortonville Location they were very resonable on there buyer and seller fees. I would sell and buy stuff all the time through them. Then when they opened Flint and the newest Wayland Locations there fees for both selling and buying increased to the highest fees I have ever seen for any auction company. Example if you sell an item for $10.00 you will recieve a check in the mail for $2.50 thats obsurd. 25% commistion and then a $5.00 administrative fee. I would hate if one of my items sold for $5.00 then I would owe them money. Other auction companies fees are around 10-15% to sell. But as always the bigger companies get the greeder they become.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS .. I BOUGHT AN ITEM WENT AND PAID FOR IT PAID SHIPPING TO HAVE IT BROUGHT OVER FROM OTHER LOCATION .. THEY NEVER CALLED AND SAID IT WAS IN STOPPED BUY TO GET IT . THEY RESOLD AT THERE LOCATION . AND REFUSED TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK ..WHO DOES THAT . AT LEAST IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND RESOLD IT GIVE MY MONEY BACK ... ((( CROOKS )) WILL SEE THEM IN COURT

This place is awesome, I find all kinds of great deals! They are friendly and helpful, weather your a buyer or a seller. My husband and I are watching auctions every week. This is the best online auction cite in the state!!

We recently purchased a new leather sectional couch from Repocast. Got it at a GREAT price (about 1/3rd of what it would've cost at a furniture store)!!! Picking it up was easy also. I was actually raining that day, and they helped us load it and it was already wrapped in plastic. I would FOR SURE purchase from them again!!!!!

There are such a variety of items to bid on, and it doesn't cost anything to bid. I look forward every week to see what new items are in the auctions. They're also very honest concerning the quality and condition of their products. I love Repocast!

I have bought and sold here many times over the past few years. All the staff that I have come in contact with are friendly, happy to help, and quick to solve any issues that popup. The best part is they take pride in their work and seem to love working there. It's a great place to find deals on new and used items every week. A+ business and staff.

I haven't sold anything here, but have purchased a few times. Bidding and watching items was seamless, and pick up of the items was fast and easy. You have to be smart about what you're are bidding on (checking things out ahead of time would be helpful if it's an expensive item), and watch the sales margin and tax - caveat emptor. I'll continue to purchase from here in the future.

My Repocast.com Experience

My experience with Repocast.com started out not as I expected. The first experience was in the Byron Center area when I brought a car for 549.00, as I tried to drive it off the lot the description read “Runs and Drives” I did not expect it to fail. After a few moments the car just did not do what was written in the description, and the Great people at Repocast refunded my money and gave me some compensation. The statement from the Manager was simple, “We Will Make This Right!” I have not known any other company in this type of business to do that. Many of them will excuse the failures to an items being in auction, and not take responsibility as the great staff at Repocast.com.

I have purchase here in the past, they move a tremendous amount of items that you can show up, back up, let them load you up, and leave.

I have to check the Thursday auctions every week for great deals. Customer service is better than ever -- I'm usually in and out with my items in about 15 minutes on their busy days. A great place to buy from!

I am a repeat customer to Repocast.com and I must say I love the company. Their website is very easy to navigate through, and if I ever have a problem their customer service reps are very welcoming and helpful towards my questions. When looking through the descriptions of the items I find them to be very detailed which is very nice because I like to know a lot about a product before I decide to start bidding on it, especially if there are any pricing details or specific details about purchasing/picking up my item.My husband and I are both addicted to the website and check it every week for new auctions!

Where to start? This company has a TON of issues, first of all they allow people to run up bids on their own items (I have experienced this personally). I purchased a vehicle there and for some mysterious reason, whenever I placed a bid it would get run right up to about $2.00 behind my bid, we're talking about a $10,000 car with a $2.00 margin, yeaaaa right.



Another thing, the manager at the B.C. location "Chad" is a complete failure, he must have no proper training in business or ethics, does not care at all about the customer. If the company damages your item, or something you've bought and still need to pick up, this "Chad" guy has no sympathy and will not own up to anything.



My honest opinion: Only buy things that are sure fire, and condition doesnt matter such as a simple bicycle, certain construction supplies, maybe extra stock junk but NEVER NEVER buy a car, valuable or otherwise expensive item that can be exposed to de-valuing in their pocession.
